Housing units on sites 2, 3 and 4 in 4 no. Buildings comprising of: (i) 2 no. Semi-detached two storey 3 bedroom dwellings (house type a), (ii) 1 no. Terraced building containing 1 no. 3 bedroom two storey dwelling and 2 no. 2 bedroom storey and a half type dwellings (house type b), and (iii) 1 no. Terraced building containing 1 no. 3 bedroom two storey dwelling and 3 no. 2 bedroom storey and a half type dwellings (house type c) , (c) decommissioning and removal of existing unfinished / abandoned sewage treatment area which includes manually emptied holding tanks and all associated plant and the construction of a new wastewater treatment system to accommodate all new and existing development.
