For an equine bloodstock breeding facility consisting of: a) demolishing existing equine stables, single storey staff accommodation and outbuildings on site, b) construction of 2 new equine barns that will provide for 24 stable units in each, c) construction of a single storey building that will facilitate staff canteen, offices, viewing area, toilet facilities and associated car parking areas, d) construction of staff accommodation in the form of 2 no. Single storey detached units connected with a shared covered terrace with associated car parking areas, e) construction of a farm managers house in the form of a part 2 storey, part single storey dwelling with an integrated double garage, f) construction of 2 no.
