The site is bounded by moanbane residential estate to the north, kilcullen industrial estate to the south, naas road to the west and greenfield land to the east. Infrastructure works are also proposed on naas road comprising the construction of a new site access, verge and shared surface on the eastern side of the existing road and updated road markings on the existing carriageway.
