Cs and showers ( 52sqm, 87sqm, 122sqm, 79sqm, 70sqm), c ) surface water attenuation basin and raingarden, interceptor traps and underground foul and fresh-water holding tanks, d) internal compacted gravel roads, e) “i-trac” heavy duty loading bay , f) 46 no (including 3no accessible) car-parking spaces, on “grass-crete” permeable, removeable surface; g) 68 no bicycle spaces with sheffield stands.
