Sq. ) at first floor level over existing ground floor unit 10, unit 09 (pharmacy) and the existing main entrance to abbeylands shopping centre. Associated alterations to the southwest elevation of the main shopping centre entrance are also sought along with access to the proposed new offices via a new stairs to be located within existing unit
