Existing vacant basement level to proposed restaurant/bar inclusive of associated ancillary staff accommodation. Proposed traditional timber shopfront inclusive of external signage at ground floor level to main street. Proposed first floor guesthouse extension to rear of existing building footprint. New extension to provide for part extensive green roof and part flat roof inclusive of p. V panels. The proposed development will include for an internal passenger lift to basement ground and first floor inclusive of a new accommodation staircase, up grading of all external doors and windows to ground and first floor level. Alterations to existing external ramped and stepped approach.
