For a material change to our planning permission condition no 36 the number of children to attend in any one session from 22 to 24 in line with preschool regulations 2016 for part time services and for a change to condition no 8 from 44 children in any one day to 46 in any one day . 24 to attend our part time session in line with regulations and 22 for our afternoon session in line with regulations for sessional sessions. No structural alterations to the building required & a minimum of 1.818sq mt of clear floor space is available for each child attending the service in line with regulation 30 will be adhered to.
