For the development of an offline upgrade of local road l3412 to a type 2 single carriageway road for 758m west of the existing ida ireland roundabout, the construction of a new roundabout providing access to ida ireland lands at gorteens and kilmurry co kilkenny and all ancillary works above and below ground. Amendments to a previous permission, kilkenny council file reference numbers pl10.241077 and 17/1775, are included in this development comprising the relocation of an existing screening berm 40 to 45m south of its current position and reinstatement of screening planting.
