To construct a screening berm at their existing dairy processing facility. The development will consist of: a screening berm located on the north west corner of the site with associated landscape planting. The berm will adjacent to the north west corner having a total length of appoxinately 227m and will rise to circa 4m above existing ground level. The proposed planting scheme has been informed by the existing flora and will blend and match with the existing landscape. The proposed berm and planting will be fully located within the existing site boundary of 51.01 acres (20.64 hectares approx. ) this application complements the existing development which comprises of an activity which requires an industrial emissions licence in accordance with the first schedule of the epa act 1992 as amended.
