For a mixed-use development on my lands located in stoneyford, co kilkenny on a site fronting main street to the north and chapel view to the south and west. The application proposes for the demolition of an existing light industrial unit building and office (288 m2 footprint) on site fronting main street. The proposed mixed-use development consists of 3 no 4 bed two storey houses fronting on to chapel view, 2 no. 3 bed dormer/two storey houses fronting on to main street, ground floor commercial supermarket with hot food sales, café and provision for seating, ancillary stores and plant areas (482 m2 footprint), external signage with associated first floor office unit over (69 m2 footprint), first floor 2 bedroom apartment unit, single storey portal frame light industrial unit with associated offices (264 m2 footprint) to the rear of the proposed commercial units, external surface car parking area with provision for 22 car parking spaces allocated to the various elements with associated external lighting, alterations and modifications to existing footpath and road on main street and chapel view to provide for new on-street parking and vehicular / pedestrian entrance including all junction works with associated soft and hard landscaping together with all other associated site works
