  • For the proposed development to consist of temporary road widening works and construction of temporary sections of stoned roads and all ancillary works on the r691 and r695 at bends and junctions to enable the delivery of turbine components. These works consist of
  • Temporary widening of section of the r691 in the townland of booly comprising construction of a stoned area to accommodate abnormal load deliveries
  • Construction of a temporary section of stoned road off the r691 and r695 in the townland of ballyclovan to accommodate abnormal load deliveries
  • Construction of a temporary section of stoned road off the r691 in the townland of scotsborough to accommodate abnormal load deliveries. The works at this location will include construction of a temporary bridge crossing and all associated drainage and sediment protection, a temporary crane hardstand, temporary welfare facilities and carparking, temporary refuelling area, temporary bridge assembly area and temporary stockpiles. Advisory note: there are also works required in county tipperary, and a separate amendment planning application will be made for these to tipperary county council. The planning application will be accompanied by a natura impact statement
