Complete the development of rockview estate, which was previously permitted and partially constructed under reg. Refs. 03/5 and 06/1139. The development will consist of: the provision of : 141 no. Two-storey terraced, semi-detached and detached dwellings (35 no. 4 bedroom houses, 91 no. 3 bedroom houses and 15 no. 2 bedroom houses); a 358 sq m two-storey crèche and associated outdoor play area; a total of 330 no. New parking spaces; the relocation of the existing vehicular access further west on the mountrath road and the closing-off and landscaping of the existing vehicular access (a pedestrian access off the mountrath road at the north-eastern corner of the site will be retained); hard and soft landscaping; boundary treatments; sub-station; and all associated site development works above and below ground
