Construct a new second floor to the existing two-storey office block consisting of offices, meeting room, training room and toilet facilities (floor area of 198.5 square metres ) as previously granted under planning ref 03/1036. Permission is also sought to erect a second exhaust flue (18.7m in height with a 1000mm dia. ) the purpose of this flue is for the emission and dispersion of exhaust gases associated with air emissions abatement equipment, the location of the proposed flue is located in the western side of the site beside the existing flue and all associated site works. The site currently operates under existing industrial emissions licence (ie licence) ref no w0184-01 (currently under review ref no. W0184-02)
