Demolish an existing detached house and construct an 8 unit housing development consisting of 6 no. 2 storey semi-detached houses, 1 no. 2 storey detached house with garage and 1 no. 1 storey detached house with garage. The development also includes for the retention of a temporary mobile home for the duration of the construction works, the retention of a boundary wall constructed along the western boundary of the site and retention of an extension to an existing garage. The proposed development will be accessed from the existing public roadway to the north which connects onto the borris road and the proposed development will also include estate roads, footpaths, public open space, foul and surface water drainage, landscaping and all associated infrastructure works and services on 0.607 ha.
