  • Construct extension and alterations to st. Fintan's hospital, portlaoise, co. Laois which is a protected structure (rps reference no. Rps 179). The proposed works will consist of: (1) a new 2 storey extension within the existing internal courtyard on the north side of the main building
  • A new single storey extension to accommodate a new plantroom within same courtyard. (3) general refurbishment works within the north side of the main building on both ground and first floor. (4) removal of the existing tusla external door and associated external ramps and barriers. (5) forming new tusla entrance with existing windows removed and new openings created to accommodate new entrance doors and side windows. (6) creating new pedestrian boulevard at the front the main building and (7) all associated site works including ancillary car parking to the west of the main building
