Reconfigure and change the use of vacant space at the former rc church, which is a protected structure, rps 928, to provide additional meeting rooms, conference space, offices and ancillary accommodation over two levels with the introduction of a new first floor to the former chapel. The proposed reconfigured space will be linked back to the existing administration building which is a protected structure, rps 297 ,at ground & first floor level via a new glazed two storey link with a new entrance on the ground floor north west façade of the link. The proposed works also involve the demolition of 2 no. Existing porches to allow the restoration of the original fenestration to the nw elevation of the disused former chapel of rest building and minor internal alterations to the existing administration building along with all associated site development works.
