Reg. Ref . No. 08/1435 which has expired) in the towland of clonroosk at clonroosk abbey, clonroosk link road, portlaoise, co. Laois. The proposed development will consist of 12 no. Three bedroom semi-detached dwellings of 106.47sq. M each all with associated vehicular parking (2 no. Dwelling totaling 24 no. Car parking spaces); rooftop photovoltaic solar panel arrays, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping, private open spaces, services, and all other ancillary and associated site development works above and below ground level. Vehicular and pedestrian access to each dwelling will be via individual entrances from the clonroosk abbey internal road and footpath network currently being completed under permitted development laois county council plan reg ref. No 17/222.
