Construct a 38 kv electricity station on a c. 0.3 ha site comprising the placement of two no. 38 kv to mv power transformers, one no. 38 kv booster and two no. Mv interface transformers with bund walls and associated oil interceptor. One no. Control module, one no. Mv switchroom module, one no. 38 kv (gis) switchroom module, one no. Site store and an esb radio antenna (scada) mounted on timber pole. A recessed station entrance with splay and a gravel access road with concrete post and rail fence to outer station boundary and a palisade fence to inner station boundary with associated landscaping and site works.
