The construction of a single storey extension to the existing kitchen/dining area at the south west of the existing house. The demolition of the south west side of the existing kitchen wall and the installation of an rsj above opening, the proposed extension will have a window each end to match existing and 4 no velux roof lights. A new ground floor w/c with door in new partition wall is proposed to be installed in the existing utility room at the rear of the house. Existing rear door to garden will be replaced with a new window to match existing . The two existing kitchen windows will be removed and replaced with an a rated glass sliding door and all ancillary works
