Official record

Development description

Develop as follows: the proposed development forms a phase of a larger development on the applicant's overall landholding. The development will consist of (a) alterations and stabilization work to a remaining section of an unstable wall to the east of the site and (b) removal of a remaining section of a poor quality, unstable wall to the south east of the site and it's replacement with a new 1.8 meter high reinforced concrete wall, partly faced with salvaged stone from the section of wall to be removed. The proposed works incorporate other mitigation measures which propose reusing parts of the salvaged stone to the edges of open space areas to the east and west of the lands within the overall masterplan. These walls formed part of a protected structure which have since been largely demolished
