  • A programme of conservation works to the existing external and internal structure & fabric of the old station building at platform 2 and immediate outoffices
  • A re-construction of the single-storey cellular accommodation at the eastern side of the station building - to include some new build interventions - configured to provide toilet accommodation, plant space, waste management space and a small open-air yard for plant and rear access
  • Re-purposing of the station building, along with the reconstructed and re­ configured east end accommodation, to office use primarily for iarnród eireann-irish rail personnel
  • Staff & visitor car parking to include vehicle e-charge bay
  • Below ground level domestic foul effluent holding chamber & pumping station with rising main (63 mm od mdpe) to convey domestic foul effluent to the east end of platform 2, traversing under the railway lines northwards, then westwards on the far side of the north platform and railway siding discharging to an existing foul effluent manhole in a works area on the north side of the station within the curtilage of the property (which in turn discharges by gravity to the irish water main sewer at station road)
