Existing car parking spaces. Provision of associated signage consisting of 2 no. Directional signs, 1 no. Order station, 1 no. Menu board, 2 no advertisement signs and 2 no totem signs of 6 and 8 metres in height respectively. Alterations to all elevations of the costa coffee unit, including the provision of new signage on all elevations , and a new entrance canopy on the southern elevation. Alterations to the outdoor seating areas, relocation of the bin store and cycle parking, landscaping and all associated development.
