Renovate existing dwelling ruin, construct extension to two bedroom dwelling house, a new treatment system and percolation area, site entrance and all associated site works the existing dwelling ruin has not been lived in since the 1920's, the original roof collapsed in the 1970's and some alterations to place to put a corrugated roof on it, it is proposed to restore the existing building to its original condition using conservation principles such as traditional slates, oak beam heads, lime mortar plaster and lime mortar bedding to existing stone walls, the new extension would be built with current building methods which will be hidden from the public road
