- Develop as follows: the subject site comprises part of the walled gardens associated with stradbally hall and is bound to the south by an access track, and to the north by the walled gardens associated with stradbally hall. The proposed development is located within the curtilage of stradbally hall, which is a protected structure (rps no. 414 ). The proposed development consists of the following
- Creation of an opening in the southern wall of the walled garden
- Construction of an esb substation building, with a gross floor area of c. 28 sq. M, and with a height of c. 3 metres
- The substation building will accommodate client and medium voltage switchrooms, and will be clad in stone in keeping with the adjoining existing wall
- All associated and ancillary works
