Phase one will consist of 28 houses including 1 no. , four bed detached, 20 no. , four bed semi-detached, and 7 no. Three-bed terrace dwelling, in two blocks. 1 no. Esb kiosks, and all associated site development works including footpaths, parking, fencing, drainage, and landscape /amenity. Construction access is sought from the n77 to the site with a temporary haul route. Access to the proposed development will be via the fairways.
