We, whitehorse developments ltd t/a capital homes intend to apply for planning permission for phase 2 of an overall residential development of 131 dwellings plus creche. Phase 2 to consist of 24 dwellings to include: 2 no. Type a – three bedroom two storey semi-detached dwellings, 12 no. Type b – four bedroom two storey semi-detached dwellings, 6 no. Type c/c1 – four bedroom two storey semi-detached dwellings, 4 no. Type h – three bedroom two storey town houses, plus all landscaping and site enclosures plus all associated site works and services. New site entrance as granted under planning reference p23.3 from leighlin road, at crossneen, carlow, co. Laois. A n. I. S. (natura impact statement) has been submitted with the application and is available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy the planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the planning authority during its public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of the prescribed fee,€20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application.
