Of house types a (a4 and a5) to the northeastern side of the site consisting of revisions to relocate the front entrance to the side gable end, minor internal modifications at ground and first floor level, modifications to external fenestrations and rear garden areas. Modifications to 11 no. House type c (c4,c5, c6 and c7) to the northeastern side of the site consisting of revisions to building footprint, minor internal modifications at ground and first floor level, modifications to external fenestrations and slight increase in rear garden areas.
