- The development will consist of: the construction of 2 no. Outdoor padel courts (each measuring 20m x 10m) with associated perimeter enclosures comprising tempered glass panels and powder-coated steel mesh fencing to a maximum height of approximately 4 metres. The development will also include
- Artificial turf playing surface with sand infill and shockpad, including drainage and reinforced concrete base
