Buildings formerly occupied as habitable dwelling houses, (2) the construction of a one and part two storey over part basement supermarket (with the provision for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises) of 2070sq. Metres, (3) the provision of parking at ground level & the provision of parking at first floor roof-deck level, (4) the provision of a new vehicular and pedestrian thoroughfare between bridge street and pound lane, (5) the provision of new vehicular junctions (one of which comprises a right hand turning lane) at the intersection of the aforementioned new vehicular thoroughfare and bridge street & pound lane, (6) modifications of the existing footpath and road layout to accommodate revised parking arrangements (to include the removal of a number of car parking spaces local to the proposed new bridge street junction), (7) the provision of all necessary screened plant areas, (8) all necessary signage, & (9) the various miscellaneous and site ancillary works, public lighting, boundary treaments, connections to public services and necessary landscaping required to facilitate the proposal (the proposal involves works to the building knows as 'maloneys garage'.
