Change of use of former post office to credit union. Carefully dismantle & record part of the building and sheds at the rear and side comprising toilets, offices, kitchen & storage sheds. Construction of two storey extension. Construction of single storey extension with link corridor overhead between the existing building and proposed new two storey extension. Modifications/refurbishment to existing three storey building together with replacement of non-salvageable windows. Modifications to single storey sorting room. Waterproof/re-flash chimneys by carefully dismantling and re-constructing using the existing brickwork per records. Install new signage & street clock to the front elevation. Modify the front entrance and public footpath to provide disability access. Install security railing. Complete all associated site works. This application involves works to a protected structure
