The development will include demolition of the existing south gable, construction of a new office entrance and south façade, interior remodelling - i. E development of a two-storey office space and a new storage space layout, and all ancillary site works. New door and window openings will be created to the west and a new sliding door will be installed within the east wall, installation of mechanical aeration unit and filtration area. The existing entrance gate will be altered and a new parking layout and additional hedging to the roadside will be provided.
