The construction of a clay pigeon facility located to the south of adare manor estate lands comprising a single storey gallery house for users including a glazed rear wall and a solid roof with the enclosure of a 6m high earthern bund that will extend to four sides of the shooting area with ancillary surface parking and including all site development works. Access to the site will be from internal estate road network (the adare manor house, the clubhouse and estate walled gardens are protected structures (rps refs 809,819, 821-823 respectfully in the adare local area plan 2015-2021)
