The change of house types on site no's 46 to 55 inclusive, previously permitted under planning application ref. 16/1196. The change in house type will be from 5 no. 1-bed, ground floor apartments (f1 house types) and 5 no. Duplex dwellings over (f2 house types) to 10 no. , 2-bed, terraced dwellings (new g house types), revised site boundaries, parking, refuse storage areas, landscaping and all necessary and ancillary site works to complete the development.
