The refurbishment and expansion into an existing industrial unit, unit 11, to comprise of a cleanroom, ancillary office space and associated changes to fenestration and replacement of roof level north lights with solid panels, the change of use of a section of unit 10 from industrial use to warehouse use, to extend the existing facility by the following:-a north-western link corridor, a south-eastern link corridor, an extension to the unit 10 warehouse area, an extension to the unit 10 mezzanine area, upper level unit 10 office space and plantroom extension, the demolition of an existing compound and the construction of a new external plant compound, changes in fenestration to unit 10, the construction of an external fire escape stairs, the relocation of existing plant and services, the provision of additional parking spaces and bicycle shelter.
