Demolition of existing single storey garage/utility from the side of our dwelling and the existing conservatory to the rear. Construct a new two storey extension(91sq. M. ) to replace the existing garage/utility(incorporating a new utility, boiler house, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor, wardrobe area and en-suite on the first floor). Attic storage space will also be provided on the second floor of the new extension(18sq. M. ). Replace existing conservatory with a new sun-room and extend existing kitchen(63sq. M. ).
