The provision of an extension of the gross floor area of the existing mcdonald's restaurant building by 14.4 sq m, to accommodate an extension to the freezer located at the north western corner of the building and an ancillary office at the south western corner of the building, incorporating a new high-level window on the southern elevation of the building. The development will also include amendments to the existing drive thru arrangement principally comprising the replacement of the single drive thru lane with 2 no. Lane drive thru arrangement with associated signage and menu boards; the removal of the existing corral to facilitate the new drive thru arrangements and its replacement with a new smaller corral(17.9 sq m) and a new store (2.5 sq m), 3 no. New glazed drive thru booth windows along the southern elevation to replace the 2 no. Existing booths and the existing glazing; upgrade works to main public entrance on the eastern elevation consisting of the installation of new sliding entrance door with decal at 900mm and 1500mm centres; the re-location of the existing co2 tanks from south western corner of the building to the centre of the western elevation and all associated site works
