M. ) to the rear of the building; de-commissioning of existing septic-tank and connection of the new development to an existing foul pumping station on the adare manor wastewater treatment system network; re-alignment of adare manor estate road network adjacent to station lodge; provision of vehicular set-down area; new pedestrian pathway linking to existing pedestrian path network within adare manor.
