Permission is being sought for the demolition of one of the two existing buildings to the rear to allow access and sunlight into the proposed developments. The second building to the rear will be converted into 2nr apartments. Permission is also being sought for the reconstruction of the front building into a proposed guesthouse. The demolished front building will be constructed to reconstitute the street façade and provision of access way to allow access to rear car park and to allow access to emergency services(fire services)
