Development description

The change of use of the larger building from factory workshop and showroom to a warehouse with trade counters (for the sale of building related products principally to trade). The separate storage shed to the north west of the main building will be retained for storage and be used separately from the main building. Proposed external works include the following amendments. Southerly elevation: replace roller doors with new entrance to new internal trade counters and existing showroom entrance door with a solid door for a "goods in" , entrance and install signage, including led downlighter on the main sign. Easterly elevation: block up existing opening. Westerly elevation: install mechanical plant. Northerly elevation: close up existing opening. Other external works including remarking parking spaces and inclusion of a mobility parking space to the front (southerly side) of the building. Internal works to create a trade counter area and removal of a first floor/mezzanine area and internal dividing wall to create clear height space for storage racks. All other works associated with the completion of the proposed development
