Primary settlement tanks with splitter chamber, sludge pumping station and sludge holding tank, storm storage tank, tidal tank, control building, surface water drainage network including swale linking to existing drains, site lighting (both task lighting and road lighting), boundary fencing, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements, solar panels on block mounted frames, and entrance scheme signage.
