And unit no. 3 totalling 141.8sqm. , providing for 5no. Ground floor units in total, (iii) internal modifications to floor plan layouts to include new mains water tank room at ground floor level and new toilet facilities at first and second floor level, (iv) the provision of additional plant to include cold water storage tank room and vrf units at roof level and, (v) a new esb substation with associated switch room and the relocation of permitted bin store and all other associated site development works
