Consent will be applied for under a waste facility permit application under the waste management (facility permit and registration) regulations 2007 - as amended. Full planning permission is also being sought for the proposed installation of a weighbridge, plant rooms together with alterations to the existing rear and side facades of the existing former factory building known as atlantic mills and all associated ancillary works
