Semi-detached 2 storey dwelling houses, terraced town house block consisting 4 no. 3 storey townhouses and 2 no. 2 storey townhouses, formation of entrance onto public roadway (as already approved under pl06/1269 dated 29th june, 2005), estate access roadways, landscaping, boundary walls and fences, culverting of existing stream for circa. 14.00m for purpose of road access, drainage infrastructure, site services, connection to adjoining utility services, diversion and under grounding of existing utility services, provision of car parking, provision of riverside linear park and ancillary landscaping, provision of emergency overflow culvert and ancillary works adjacent to existing mill race (the mill race is within curtilage of mill building of industrial archaeological interest) restoration of portion of mill race in accordance with department of environment and local government conservation guidelines 1996.
