The construction of a new, 3 storey manufacturing facility, warehouse and carpark, along with ancillary sheds, totalling 9,545 sqm, consisting of: i. 3no. Clean rooms, packaging room, warehouse, tool room, quality lab, offices and ancillary rooms to the above. Ii. 9no. External storage silos, 11m high, with an approximate cubic capacity of 40-45 metric tons. Containing polypropylene, semi-rigid material used in the manufacturing process. Iii. 4no. Loading bays. Iv. Screened external plant area with air handling units to roof. V. On site structures for electrical requirements, bins & pallet stores. Vi. Demolition of 1,755sqm of existing buildings & sheds. Vii. Reduction in width of the existing site entrance, the addition of a truck-only exit to the east of the existing site entrance and a proposed new road and pathways from the laurels road viii.
