  • The provision of a new service road with footpath and cycle lane connecting existing service road to new proposed service road as granted under planning reference 2560200.3. Pedestrian and vehicular access and egress points along with hgv access and egress point onto the new proposed service road along with an additional proposed hgv access and egress point onto new proposed service road granted under planning reference 2560200.4. The provision of associated car parking spaces along with provision for electric vehicle charging spaces
  • The provision of a covered bicycle storage space
  • Associated service yards which will cater for parking, loading along with associated security ac-cess barrier and skip storage
  • Ancillary structures including for an esb substation building, an external plant area, a security hut, a bin storage compound, smoking shelters and a forklift charging compound
  • Provision of associated site lighting, security fencing, boundary treatments and gates
  • The installation of pv panels at roof level
  • The installation of associated façade signage, directional signage and an illuminated totem sign
  • The provision of all hard and soft landscaping works and associated site works for service connections along with attenuation works
