Permission for development at the partially constructed "ghost estate" known as castle court, main street, castlebellingham, co. Louth. The proposed development is for the completion of this "ghost estate" that is within the built-up area of castlebellingham. The development will consist of the construction of 8 no. 2 storey semi-detached dwellings. The application site was subject to construction works under the previously permitted development p. A. Ref. No. 06/1112, including construction of pipes and services as well as floor slabs, that form part of the castle court residential development. The proposed development also provides for all associated site development works including internal access road, footpaths, car parking, open space, public lighting, landscaping and boundary treatment. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the existing access to the castle court development off the r132 (main street).
