Notice is hereby given by louth county council of a proposed residential development on lands off the castletown road at aisling park, dundalk, co louth. The development will consist of: (i) removal / modification of existing boundary walls / fencing on site; (ii) provision of 22 no. Residential units comprising (a) 4 no. 2 storey 3 bed units, (b) 2 no. 2 storey 4 bed units, (c) 2 no. Single storey 2 bed units, (d) 14 no. Apartment units comprising 6 no 1 bed units and 8 no. 2 bedroom units; (iii) new internal distributor road providing access to the site from patrick tierney crescent / ecco road to the east and aisling park to the west; (iv) 2 no. New raised table junctions on the ecco road, 1 no. At the entrance to patrick tierney crescent and 1 no.
