The proposed houses are 2 to 3 storeys in height while the duplex building are 3 storeys in height. The 49 no. Houses consist of the following: 4no. 2 bedroom units, 39 no. 3 bedroom units and 6 no. 4 bedroom units. The 20 no. Duplexes consist of the following: 4 no. 1 bedroom units, 6 no. 2 bedroom units, 10 no. 3 bedroom units. The proposal includes the provision of car parking and bicycle parking, public and communal open space with associated landscaping, boundary treatments, all associated internal access roads, footpaths and cycles facilities, bin stores, foul and surface water drainage, lighting and all associated and ancillary site works.
