  • Change of use of entire building to café on ground floor with a commercial kitchen & café storage on the lower ground floor. Medical treatment rooms on the first and second floors. Residential use on the third and fourth floors
  • Closing of existing internal opening in party wall between 116-117 west street and 115 west street
  • Proposed new extension and new private amenity space on the fourth floor roof level for residential unit
  • Existing windows to be replaced with entrance door to café to front elevation (west street)
  • Internal alterations to existing building
  • Blocking up of window ope (to existing toilets) to rear elevation of building
  • Proposed new window hatch from café to side elevation (peter street)
