The proposed houses are 2 to 3 storeys in height and this includes for 15 no. 2 bed units, 30 no. 3 bed units and 54 no. 4 bed units. The creche building is a single storey and will cater for a maximum of 65 childcare places, and includes for dedicated parking and play area.
